The decals are made from 7 year vinyl and can be placed on just about any clean flat surface, such as windows, cars, boats, bikes, skateboards, jetskis, even walls. Decals are die cut, what you see in the picture is the vinyl. Whatever surface the decal is placed on will be what shows through wherever there isn't any vinyl.
